What a cute idea! Take an old suitcase (scrounge out fantastic vintage leather ones art flea markets/garage sales and EBay) and turn it into a pet bed!! Depending on size, cover a regular bed-pillow, or find a dog pillow that will fit. If none of those work, make a simple pillow to fit, stuff with filler from craft store.
