Good morning! Its only 3:20 here but that still means its Monday! Weekend gone again! I had a great time doing the Teenager theme, having a 15,14 and 12 year old it was very relevant to me and I learnt a lot, I hope you enjoyed it too. So to todays theme! Gluten-free! So many people are trying gluten-free diets I thought I'd look into all things gluten, what it is, do we need it, don't we need it, etc. Of course there will be recipes too, everyone loves a good recipe, I know I do.
